Wedding Reception- June 6, 2009

 

All my guests were very impressed with your place. Most have never attended a wedding in Lancaster Co. before.  They were happy to get in just a few minutes early.  Most had left home early in the morning to get to church on time and they needed to use the bathrooms.  I was very pleased that the doors were open just a little earlier than scheduled so people felt welcomed right in.  The ballroom was absolutely gorgeous.  When I first walked in it was more beautiful than I thought it would be.

 

The guests raved about the pasta bar, especially the pasta with the capers.   They really liked the Pasta bar without the long line waiting for an attendant to answer special requests. The baby lamb chops melted in your mouth and the shrimp and scallops were a big hit.  The set up and display of all the cocktail hour food was absolutely perfect, professional, colorful and delicious.

The food was the best ever.  They really liked how quick it was served.  There was no long lapse between salad and the beautiful and delicious main course.

 

We did have a rather large event, 225 people and the staff quickly moved thru the room serving all the guests quickly yet very professionally. They loved the sweet brown sauce on all three, chicken potatoes and then the beef. I have been getting calls all day from friends and family just so thrilled that we have a new place to go from now on. The service couldn't have been better.  Everyone involved in the long preparation of this big event from”Very Sure of Himself, David," who seems to have a strong sense of confidence about him, to Crazy, joking Steve and lovely smiling Stephanie.  They are very accommodating. They went over and above to make sure we were happy. They answer their phone right away, they respond to the least little detail, no matter how unimportant it really is at the moment, they still answer your questions that same day.

 

I am completely confidant that this is the best place in all of Lancaster County for making your special event completely perfect, from beginning the planning right on up the end of the event, David, Steve and Stephanie will go out of their way to make sure your party is just perfect in every way. If you are having a hard time deciding where to host your special event, I would strongly suggest that you get the next available opening at the Historic Strasburg Inn and just relax, listen to David, and let him go to work. Thanks once again for everything you did to make my daughter's wedding reception better than I could have dreamed.
